1.     The prize for the People’s & Kids’ Choice Awards are an annual double movie pass at The Arts Centre Gold Coast and a family pass to PLOP at The Arts Centre Gold Coast respectively, each to be drawn separately.

2.     Entrants must be over 16 years of age with Kids’ Choice Award nominations accompanied with an adult entry.

3.     Entrants can submit entries to the event organiser until 3.30pm Sunday 18^th September, 2011 at vote boxes located along Pacific Parade, Currumbin Beach, in order to be eligible. Entries received after this time, on this day are ineligible, null, and void.

4.     Only one entry per e-mail/residential address will be considered for contest entry.

5.     The contest draw will be made on site at the premises of the organiser, Swell Sculpture Festival at or before 5pm, up to 5 days after the last day of the event.

6.     All winners will be notified via e-mail, phone or postal address by the event organiser.

7.     The results of the lottery will be published on the event organiser’s website – the winner may nominate for their name to remain anonymous, and the town only published.    

8.     A list of winner(s) may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped (first-class postage) envelope to the organiser requesting the list, unless as per 8 above they wish to be anonymous.

9.     Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred.

10.  If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the event organiser in its sole and absolute discretion may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

11.  A contest is null and void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.

12.  You agree to hold the contest organisers, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns harmless from and against—and hereby waive any right to pursue—any claims of any nature arising in connection with the Materials submitted to the organiser and used in any manner in the organiser’s sole and absolute discretion.

13.  The event organiser reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate any contest at any time without prior notice.

14.  The event organiser reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any contest rules at any time.

15.  By entering a contest, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these contest rules and terms and conditions as well as by any rules specific to such contest. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.
