There are a number of classes to participate in during your visit to SWELL and there's something for everyone!


POUND FITNESS with Dianne Robertson
An energetic, full-body cardio jam session inspired by pilates and drumming. You get to rock out while you work out, bring a yoga mat.

TAI CHI with Rod Ferguson from the Australian Academy of Tai Chi
Improve your mind and body connection through control of breath and movement. Rod will guide you through a series of movements to help promote harmony and improve mobility while contemplating the sculpture in your surrounds.

YOGA BY THE SEA with Essence of Living
Learn basic yoga postures, healthy alignment of the spine, as well as strengthening the musculature supporting the body. Everyone welcome, regardless of fitness levels or yoga experience.

RK POD SUNRISE SWELL RUN
Enjoy a sunrise 5km run along the Currumbin beachfront with a wander through the Swell sculptures with a bunch of friending runners.  Any level of fitness is welcome

NATURE PLAY 
Free and unstructured play for you and your little one amongst a sculpture soaked seascape. Create your own work of art by designing a sandcastle or experiment with pattern and form using natural elements for an ephemeral artwork. This playgroup is as nourishing for you as it is for your children!

XTEND BARRE PILATES BY THE SEA
Join in this Pilates workout with an elegant combination of moves to challenge the core and chisel your body. Easy to follow, fun and an energetic class for all ability levels.
