More about GIMMY
The solo project of Byron Region female artist, GIMMY (pronounced “gimmie”) brings a diverse flavour to the table with sways of new wave-garage, indie-rock and glimpses of folk. Alongside her band consisting of Samson Radici (guitar), Kyle Aubrey (bass) and Barclay Israel (drums), GIMMY delivers a raw authentic sound with heavily lyrical songwriting and vibrato vocals that captivates crowds with their charismatic live shows. GIMMY has been scaling the east coast sharing the stage with some of Australia’s hottest upcoming artist with the likes of The Murlocs, Bad Dreams, Floodlights, Maple Glider, Nice Biscuit and yet to support successes such as Ruby Fields and TOPS (CA).

The Fringe Pavilion is home of the SWELL Fringe and bar, located in Wallace Nicoll Park, Currumbin Beach. The Fringe Pavilion will come alive each evening with artistic programming such as live music, performance and masterclasses, plus the bar will be open to the public daily from 12 – 8pm. Our wonderful food vendors will be open to satisfy all of your cravings. Please note the Fringe Pavilion is a large tent, so if it’s chilly make sure you rug up.
