Storyfest is a not-for-profit literary arts organisation dedicated to enriching young lives through storytelling. For over 30 years, our flagship Gold Coast festival has grown into one of Australia’s leading children’s literature events, engaging tens of thousands each year. Since becoming a registered charity in 2018, Storyfest has expanded across Queensland, delivering more than 250 workshops and community programs. Our dynamic approach blends education, creativity and participation, connecting students with meaningful, curriculum-aligned learning experiences that inspire imagination, foster engagement and support positive outcomes for young people across diverse communities.
