INNER CIRCLE by Clayton Blake
INNER CIRCLE invites visitors to contemplate reflection and connection. The work is formed from translucent discs that frame shifting views both inward and outward, the work explores the relationship between personal responsibility and collective action. Looking inwards, we are encouraged to consider our values, choices and capacity for change. Looking outwards, we are reminded that our actions ripple through families, communities and society. The circular form symbolises unity, equality and shared purpose. Viewerβs become part of the artwork itself, reflecting on how a better world begins within each of us and grows through all of us together.
