Lincoln is the Founder and Creative Director of Ravel, leading the agency’s work across advertising and content production. His work in the marketing and creative space is underpinned by over 30 years of experience in the film and television industry.

He leads a team of 25 creatives working internationally, producing a diverse range of content for major industry bodies and private organisations.

Lincoln has received multiple awards throughout his career, including recognition from the Australian Cinematography Society, BADC and the Telly Awards. He was invited to join the board of SWELL Sculpture Festival and became Chairperson in 2019, where he continues to support and elevate the organisation’s vision.
