Lann Levinge

A Kombumerri man with a passion for storytelling, music, visual art and film, Lann is deeply immersed in the heart of the Coast’s indigenous cultural and creative arts field.
An indigenous multi-instrumentalist and creative designer, moving deeper into first nations structures, reaping rewards for his community and gifting him a more intimate connection to country while revitalising language.
“I’m loving the journey and path that I’m on, discovering new ways to help and develop a new generation of language warriors, creating awareness of and connecting the Yugambeh Language to everyone through music, dance and visual art.”
Lann continues to work and collaborate with HOTA, QPAC, Swell, TAFE, various schools, GC Health, GC Suns, Titans, StoryFest, Lions International, GOMA, AMEB, GC Music Awards, Experience GC, YRACA, YYC, Wonder Festival, Bleach, Big City Lights.

Worbullei Midden or Hidden Midden shares the story and progression of the first people interweaved with local history of all people, celebrating ancestors like Lottie Eaton (Levinge) who would have been 100 this year.
