About Colleen Lavender
Colleen’s journey through the sculptural world has been versatile – large public works in the Beaudesert, local Queensland commissions for collectors as well as international works and exhibitions throughout Australia. Her attitude towards her medium is often unorthodox. The result is an exciting mixed use of positive and negative space. The plasma cutter and welder are utilised side by side to produce an exquisite combination of character and eccentricity.
