Angus Wilson
Angus Wilson is a Queensland Artist creating large scale sculptures using several mediums including steel, concrete & timber.
He has a Bachelor of Design Studies from Queensland University.His sculptures are an integral part of the Goondiwindi Art & Sculpture Trail.
In 2022 he received the Rotary ‘Community Services Award’ for his dedication to Art and Tourism in the town.
Angus has also judged at several sculpture festivals in regional Queensland.
Angus is president of ‘Lanescape Goondiwindi’ with a mission of bringing public art & culture into the town. Lanescape has an annual festival attracting thousands of people to celebrate the arts in Goondiwindi.
