Despina Linaraki, Natalie Haskell and Kaecee Fitzgerald
Dr. Despina Linaraki is a Lecturer in Architecture, Design & Technology at Griffith University and a Registered Architect in Greece. Her research explores more-than-human design through living structures, biomaterials, and marine ecologies, with a focus on coral growth, oysters, and bio-enhancing artificial reefs. Her work investigates how architecture can collaborate with living systems to cultivate experimental reef infrastructures for climate adaptation and coastal resilience, integrating design, engineering, and marine science.
