Description
‘The Last Reflection’ is a mixed-media installation capturing the silent suffering of wildlife amidst human-driven environmental destruction. A charred bird hovers over the beginning of a dark resin void, reflecting a moment suspended in time. Burnt plants and scorched boulders surround the scene, symbolising the scars left on nature. Cascading foliage emerging from the bird’s body hints at the slow, enduring passage of ecological loss. The work evokes a haunting stillness—an elegy for the natural world as it faces a quiet but irreversible collapse.
