A rent free artist studio space at Miami One Shopping Centre on the Gold Coast. A unique opportunity for artists to promote their practice, sell works, run workshops, create, network and more. 2024 saw SWELL artists Chelsea Jewell & Llama host community workshops and create their main exhibition artwork. Throughout the summer months of 2024 & 2025, Gold Coast artist Kate Clarke occupied the SWELL studio space. Engaging the space for painting, to display large-scale artworks, and host creative workshops.
