We invite you to book your students into a creative and fun workshop at SWELL Sculpture Festival 2022!
SWELL Kids Elements is back! A curated project dedicated to KIDS, ART & PLAY, to be experienced through the eyes of children. A place where little artists are invited to play and explore. To marvel at the elements of art and science and the environment, exploring shape, colour, texture, form, line and sound. To participate in fun, creative workshops, discover big and bold sculptures and experience performance art, evoking thought, creativity, conversation and interaction with art and the world around us while being inspired and empowered through creative expression. All set among the natural outdoor landscape of Wallace Nicoll Park, Currumbin.
About our 2022 creative art school workshops
SWELL Sculpture Festival at Currumbin Beach will take place 9 – 18 September, landing in the last week of school before September holidays. The layout is 6 workshops per day (10am, 11am, 1pm) with 25 students per workshop approximately. We have a lot of schools booking out a full day of workshops (150pax) and then walking amongst the sculptures once the workshops are finished. The cost is $15 per student incl GST. The workshops range from P – 12, as we can amend the content based on age group. We have great artist talks and adults workshops also happening during the festival, which might be more suitable for senior students.
