SIP & SCULPT MASTERCLASS AT THE SWELL SMALLS GALLERY – SOLD OUT
Sip on a glass of wine from the Dust Temple Bar whilst being guided through the process of sculpting your own vase by local ceramicist Jo Norton.
During the masterclass you will learn Kurinuki, a Japanese term relating to a particular hand forming process. This technique employs carving out a shaped solid block of clay to obtain interior space. This skill will enable you to build a vase.
Your vase will then be fired and returned to you within 4 weeks of the workshop. The workshop includes tuition, stoneware clay, glazing.
