Yoga Flow by Balance Lane Studio
A “Vinyasa flow” styled class for beginner and advanced students of yoga. Vinyasa means, “movement with breath”. This class focuses on meditative breath work, technique, movement, alignment, and finishes with relaxation (savasana). Our teachers will guide you through a dynamic class in which you will build strength, flexibility, balance, and mind-body connection.
