Yoga for surfers by Jacqui - Rhythm Wellness
Welcome the morning sun on your yoga mat with a targeted yoga session for surfers. A surfer’s yoga class has a special focus on hip mobility, core strength, thoracic mobility, shoulder stability, and balance to help improve your surfing and reduce risk of injury. Your journey will begin connecting to body and breath, before flowing through a range of yoga poses and finish with a group surf session. A soul and salt-filled experience! BYO yoga mat/towel and surfboard.
