Join Sophie for a beach side Pilates Mat classes. The Pilates method is a form of exercise which can be done with and without equipment to strengthen and tone the entire body with a strong emphasis on building a strong core. Pilates is a safe and low-impact form of exercise for people of any age, gender and fitness level as each class provides a variety of modifications to suit different levels and individual needs. Pilates is perfect for toning, lengthening, increasing flexibility, preventing injury, aiding in weight loss and the developing a strong body and mind. This class is suitable for beginners to advanced students with modifications and options added throughout class.
