Local favourites Hussy Hicks will kick off SWELL Sculpture Festival 2023! Straddling the line between Folk, Blues, Country, Rock and Roots, Hussy Hicks have earned themselves a mighty reputation, growing, from festival openers to festival favourites, seeing the group now welcomed in the musical communities of Australia, The USA and across Europe, successfully touring their own headline shows on all three continents.

The Fringe Pavilion is home of the SWELL Fringe and bar, located in Wallace Nicoll Park, Currumbin Beach. The Fringe Pavilion will come alive each evening with artistic programming such as live music, performance and masterclasses, plus the bar will be open to the public daily from 12 – 8pm. Our wonderful food vendors will be open to satisfy all of your cravings. Please note the Fringe Pavilion is a large tent, so if it’s chilly make sure you rug up.
