PRIDE joins Forces With 23 Years of SWELL.
PRIDE x SWELL is set to transform Currumbin Beach into a queer gateway. Join us as we celebrate our organisational launch and circumnavigate the issues the LGBTIQ+SB community face on the Gold Coast.
Join us as we continue to celebrate the launch of our new organisation on the Fringe Stage at SWELL Sculpture Festival! Meet our team as we open the night with an expert community led panel.
As part of the PRIDE x SWELL Fringe program, we’re bringing a one-of-a-kind Queer Runway Competition A Night of Living Statues to the Gold Coast – a celebration of identity, creativity, and unapologetic self-expression that will culminate in a cash prize.

The Fringe Pavilion is home of the SWELL Fringe and bar, located in Wallace Nicoll Park, Currumbin Beach. The Fringe Pavilion will come alive each evening with artistic programming such as live music, performance and masterclasses, plus the bar will be open daily from 12pm. Our wonderful food trucks will satisfy all of your cravings. Please note the Fringe Pavilion is a large tent, so if it’s chilly make sure you rug up.
