WAVE FORM SUNRISE DJ SET AT FLAT ROCK CREEK by NICKA35
Wireless headphones, magic hour lighting, music in your ears and sand between your toes. Surrounded by art installations at the stunning Flat Rock Creek, Currumbin Beach. Think euphoric, electronic house, melodic and building, custom lights holding space until the sunrise sky takes over. Once the sun breaks the horizon the tempo lifts too — melodic turns euphoric, tribal, a few hundred strangers moving as one.
Family friendly. Coffee trucks on site.
Built off the best feeling I’ve ever had — sunrise at Burning Man — brought home, with respect for the Yugambeh land it sits on. SWELL Festival’s unofficial send-off. ALL WELCOME x
When | Sunday 20th September
Time | 4.30am – 6.45am
Where | Flat Rock Creek, Currumbin Beach
Cost | $31.43 + Booking Fee
More about NICKA
NICKA35 is a Gold Coast based media personality , DJ, and connector — the guy behind the surf reports, turning sunrise sets into a way to bring people together through music. A sunrise at Burning Man showed him what was possible, and he’s been wanting to bring that feeling home ever since — euphoric, melodic tribal house built for moments, not just dance floors. A Tugun local and family man, when he’s not behind the decks he’s telling stories of the Gold Coast that connect people to each other and the beautiful place we live in.
