PechaKucha Gold Coast and SWELL present an evening of inspiring stories from artists, designers and creatives exploring the theme Bigger Than Us. Through personal projects, collaborations and creative practice, speakers will share how their work connects to communities, causes and ideas beyond themselves. Expect a diverse mix of perspectives that are emotional, playful, provocative and uplifting, celebrating the power of creativity to make visible the invisible and create outcomes greater than the sum of their parts.

The Fringe Pavilion is home of the SWELL Fringe and bar, located in Wallace Nicoll Park, Currumbin Beach. The Fringe Pavilion will come alive each evening with artistic programming such as live performance and masterclasses, plus the bar will be open daily from 12pm. Our wonderful food trucks will satisfy all of your cravings. Please note the Fringe Pavilion is a large tent, so if it’s chilly make sure you rug up.
