SWELL Smalls Gallery 2023 Artwork – Alberto’s 121st Birthday
Alberto’s 121st Birthday is the result of a surprising combination of collected pieces assembled somewhat spontaneously. The artist works in an intuitive field of imagination realising sculptural projects commenced sometimes years before. This assemblage work was unwittingly completed on the birthday of Alberto Giacometti and vaguely references his work (plus party hat).
