An Evening of Wildflower Gin Tasting with Jazz, a relaxed and flavour-filled experience designed to delight the senses.
Settle into the enchanting Wildflower Gin Garden at SWELL Fringe for an evening of irresistible jazz, exceptional gin and artisan grazing. Guests will journey through four distinctive Wildflower Gin expressions, including Pink Gin, Signature Gin, Oaked Gin, Navy Strength and select limited releases. Each pour is thoughtfully paired with artisan charcuterie, featuring premium cheeses, fresh berries and carefully curated accompaniments that bring out the unique botanicals and character of every gin. A relaxed and flavour-filled experience designed to delight the senses.

Inspired by the delicate flavours contributed by the founder’s roof top bees as they gather nectar from Burleigh’s flowers, Wildflower Gin allows locals to participate in the creation of their gin using flowers from their own backyards.

The Fringe Pavilion is home of the SWELL Fringe and bar, located in Wallace Nicoll Park, Currumbin Beach. The Fringe Pavilion will come alive each evening with artistic programming such as live performance and masterclasses, plus the bar will be open daily from 12pm. Our wonderful food trucks will satisfy all of your cravings. Please note the Fringe Pavilion is a large tent, so if it’s chilly make sure you rug up.
