Description
“Iris” is inspired by the lavishly ruffled white bearded iris flower. In Greek mythology, Iris is a messenger goddess who travels between heaven and earth. The sculpture offers a reflective moment in a tumultuous world and a hope that its eponymous messenger goddess brings news of peace.
