About the Artist
Baxter addresses historical and contemporary social and economic structures through his art. He focuses on reuse and recycling of materials and ideas, integrating innovative and functional design. Stephen’s approach is characterised by researching theories and exploring ideas, methodologies, and mediums, rather than sticking to a single style. This “Bricolage” approach allows him the freedom to expand his knowledge base and avoid being confined to one approach while storytelling.
